Shipping and Returns
When your order is shipped you will receive a USPS tracking # Please check on your package if you have not received in 4 business days. If your package is missing please contact me within 72 hours so I can contact your postal service to search for package. After 72 hours the chance of locating your package is slim. Once your package has been marked delivered.
I am not responsible for refunds of stolen packages and will not issue a refund, you must file a report with your police and file a claim with your post office.
If package is returned to me I will refund less the shipping charge.
Canadian and Overseas packages that have been received by the countries postal service but have not been delivered will not be refunded. Once a package has been received by customs or marked as delivered I do not offer a refund.
During these uncertain times it is really buyer beware, unless you request priority mail or insurance, it’s not a guarantee that your package will arrive or that you can file a claim for a refund.
Items that are received damaged I will replace. Unused items may be returned for a refund, less shipping cost if returned with in 10 days.
Any refund that is processed will not include the cost of shipping.
All items ship via USPS to United States and Canada.
Orders under $60 are mailed via USPS Priority shipping in the US.
Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent via First class mail. All orders will be shipped within 3-4 business days.
USPS delivery time is 3-4 business days to US. 1-4 weeks to Canada and no ETA for overseas. You will receive an order confirmation email containing a USPS tracking number. If you don't see a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your Junk/Spam folder. Once your order has shipped, please use USPS Tracking and tracking number provided to monitor the delivery status.
Times Vary in Shipping and i have no control over that. I also have no control over your countries Customs charges, times or rules.
Attention! All customers from countries that requires VAT fees. I do not pay VAT fees or customs fees. This is a requirement by your country that you are aware of. I will not refund any shipping cost on returned items that were returned do to VAT fees not being paid. If items are returned in new not damaged shape, I will refund cost of items, but not the cost of shipping. This does not include custom orders, I do not accept refund custom orders.
